Traditional Bar-B-Que catering
Two-meat plates with smoked brisket and our famous Elgin sausage as the standard meal. Be sure to ask about substitutions or additional meats such at St. Louis style ribs, pepper lime chicken breasts, pork steak and barbecue turkey breast.
Standard Bar-B-Que Meal
This includes brisket, sausage, barbecue sauce, beans, potato salad, pickles, onions, bread, tea and condiments.
Steak & Potato Dinner Plate includes
10 oz ribeye steak (precooked wt.)
butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon bits
choice of 2 dressings
plates, cups, fork packets and condiments
Fajita Dinner includes
flour tortillas (3 per person)
beef or chicken fajitas
grilled onions and peppers
pico de gallo
plates, cups, forks, packets and condiments
(hot queso dip - call for quote)
Of course, no matter how much savory meat you eat, there’s always room for a sugar intoxication. Choose from pecan pie, peach or cherry cobbler or banana pudding.
This is the most economical way to feed a large group. Give us a call and we’ll have your order ready when you arrive.
Delivery (75 or more people)
Don’t get up from that Lay-Z-Boy. We can bring the ‘cue to you, complete with all the fixins.
Catering (75 people or more)
We bring the food, set up the lines and clean up our mess when it’s all over. All you have to do is fix your plates and dive in.
