Meyer's sauasage is sent to our wholesale customers in 2 1/2 lb. vacuum packages, frozen and shipped on dry ice via Fed Ex directly to your door. We ship in increments of 25, 50 and 100 lbs, so we can fill any need for every restaurant size.
